Bank manager: Would you like something to drink?
Gibbs: No. I'm good.
Diane: I'll take a water. One straw, two pieces of ice, three slices of lemon.

Bishop: I mean, I might have a better idea. Look, Eddie is coming back. If he was ditching his car, there are easier places to abandon it than at an airport. We should put it back and watch it. And when he comes to pick it up----
Gibbs: We grab him.
Bishop: Absolutely not. We follow him, see what he does, where he goes, then we grab him.
Gibbs: Works for me.

Diane: You guys are buddies now?
Gibbs: Yeah. We were thinking of starting a club.
Diane: Yeah? Well watch it, boys. I know something about each and every one of you, that you don't want anybody else to know. And I got a Twitter account.
Gibbs: You got something?
Bishop: Yeah. Uh. Maybe. You got any food around here? Anything? We'll find stuff. Come on.
Gibbs: You forgot something.
Bishop: Ahh, that's not mine.
Gibbs: It's got your name on it.
Bishop: This is my NCIS application from years ago. Before I took the job at NSA. How did you know about this?
Gibbs: Your name sounded familiar. I went back and looked it up.
Bishop: That's why you took me along today. You play chess too.
Gibbs: I wanted to see if you're still up for a challenge.
Gibbs: I'd like to keep you around. Joint duty assignment.

Gibbs: DiNozzo - check out Olivia Chandler.
Tony: With pleasure. Thank you boss.

Gibbs: Duck, I have to be careful how I handle this, for Carrie's sake. She could get disbarred.
Ducky: I know you, Jethro. It sounds as if she's doing the right thing, as you are.
Gibbs: I asked what happened, Dad.
Jackson: I got off the highway to get some gas, and the gas station was closed. I got turned around somehow, so I took off my driving glasses and I put on my reading glasses to check the map. And I bumped into a hatchback, all right? I can see fine. Now can we go?
Jackson: He saved me, Leroy. I was flying in the wrong direction. He turned me around, brought me home on his wing.
Gibbs: Yeah, I know, Dad.
Jackson: I know you've got this case. Just wait with me for an hour.
- Permalink: Okay.
Gibbs: There's no right way to be his son.
Ducky: Just as there is no right way for you to act as his father. The pain of watching a parent age is unlike any other. I vividly remember the first time my mother needed help brushing her hair.
Gibbs: It's backwards.
Ducky: It certainly feels like that. But in the end, well, it's simply life.

Gibbs: Dad, German? That's the most important part.
Jackson: No, son. The important thing was that we were both fliers. We were brothers up there. We were the same. We're all the same. But we keep fighting each other. Walter told me that he saved me that day because he wanted to remind himself who he was. He's dying, and all he can see is the people he killed, over ideas that weren't even his. He can't forgive himself.
Gibbs: That's not an easy thing to do, Dad.

Jackson: Walter, this is my son, Leroy.
Jackson: Walter, nothing can make up for the lives we took. We both know that. But what you did was more than you know. You made my boy possible, Walter. And he helps people, Walter. He's a good man. He's the best person I know.
