My theory on who is blackmailing him. I reckon it could be Dixon. I don't think Dixon will be doing it out of cruelty but rather to help Teddy come out properly to everyone. The reasons I think it could be Dixon, is that in the synopsis of the episode it says Teddy is 'surprised' not angry but surprised. Someone he know perhaps which is Dixon. As well as this, in the picture above Teddy is shaking Dixons hand. Maybe thanking him for helping him come out. Just a thought! Anyways im loving this story line :)

So far I like how this story has been dealt with so I'm definitely interested in seeing how he'll come out with his sexuality.
