Blair would never root for Little J over Serena, especially if Jenny is hanging out with Chuck. I think they are probably concerned about Serena spending time with her dad, since he seems to be up to no good. Whatever the reason for the look I'm sure it has nothing to do with Blair wanting Jenny and Nate to be together.

totally agree with anne st. Blair's outfits have been swingin more towards OLD than sophisticated chic.
I like this dress for her, it looks great!
Actually i like S's dress too, but not a big fan of the single sleeve
