    for Gods sake, yes maybe there is a party every episode, but its Gossip Girl, which is known for them
    and with the homework thing? can i remind you that its a TV SHOW not real life!
    do you think the show would recieve more viewers if part of the air time was blair at her table writing an english essay?

    That is what rich people do - they attend and throw parties and events. I'd like to see more episodes where the gang goes out on the town clubbing, but I see nothing wrong with the parties.

    i dont think i really want to see them doing homework lol.. wat fun would that be? i wanna see scandal, drama and their beautiful clothes at these amazing parties.. in season 3, they focused wayyyy too much on NYU and stuff and i actually hated that.. i think they're doing something different this season

    Episode one, Serena and Blair had a date with Louis and his friend at the Baccarat Crystal Room in Paris and Serena met a French movie star, I guess that counts as a party.
    On the second episode, Blair was headed to a ball with Louis and his parents but skiped on it for Chuck. Fair enough.
    On "The Undergraduates" there was Fashion's Night Out.
    On "Touch Of Eva", Chuck's benefit party on the roof of the Empire.
    They went to a party in Hamilton House on the fifth episode, "Goodbye, Columbia".
    Then thee was the Tim Gunn party at the Standard Hotel in "Easy J".
    Blair's twentieth birthday party at "War At The Roses" where Robyn performed and Zoe and Zee were also there.
    There was the ballet at "Juliet Doesn't Live Here Anymore".
    Chuck's mascarade Sanits and Sinners party on "The Witches Of Bushwick".
    I don't recall a party on "Gaslit", but I guess we can count Thanksgiving dinner as a sort of party, so.
