Meredith is looking at the babys if you watched last episode you can tell that the baby makig processes is getting difcult, in last weeks episode Derek got upset because Callie and Mark got pregnate without even trying and Meredith and Derek have been trying for like 2 months. I have some advise for them they only want what they can't have, so what they need to do is forget about it and it will happen.
