I'm not loving this outfit either.
Normal people don't dress like this for college. This isn't an Ivy league school, its NYU.
I think Blair needs to stop wearing evening dresses for school! It's really becoming an annoying habbit of the gg Stylist.
I want black and white classsic chic that she used to wear to Constance!
Also, not loving her hair this season, hate the parting in the middle and her curls seem flat.
If her hair was a dark brown, parted in the middle with big curls she'd look like the Blair from season 1, and loads better.
