it really isn't that hard to tell the difference from elena to katherine... look at the necklace!
elena is wearing the vervain necklace she got from stefan.... very sweet :)

well obviously they shoot most of the katherine scenes together, and then the elena scenes... it's not like they change her hair 3 times on a day i guess

Lol i know this is tottally offtopic , but it must be harmfull to Elena's hair , she shifts from straight to curls and then back again almost daily ! poor hair :(
