I'm going off the hair to see the difference. But I dunno - I think this comes before the Elena/Stefan picture. like Stefan does his "don't do this" kinda speech and she hurts him, and Elena sees and comes to help :) my idea anyway! Can't wait...
or, this happens, (him not realising) and then he talks to damen, who tells him about the kiss to Elena - but that he thinks it was Katherine. and then he realises...and then Elena comes over or something.

Totally Katharine. I love that Nina was helpful enough to mention the fashion differences so we don't get anymore fake outs. Rocker vibe--Katharine. Girl next door vibe--Elena.

That is definitely Katherine because Nina Dobrev said Elena would wear flair jeans and Katherine would skinny. You can in the picture where Stefan is hurt, its Elena with her flair jeans. But in this one, she's wearing skinny, Katherine.

It is Katherine, no doubts, she has curly hair in this one, and the clothes are darker... and in the other picture Elena has straight hair.

It's Katherine because Stefan is wearing the same clothes as on the picture with Elena, where she pulls up his shirt on the bench. Besides that Stefan looks rather treatening like he is saying: "Don't you ever come near Elena again!". Katherine also wears more dark clothes and skinny jeans.
