I'm guessing that this is after the ESB! Maybe Blair didn't show up on time so Chuck thinks that she has given up on the for real, but it was only because Dorota was having her baby...so Blair couldn't go. So then maybe Chuck leave the flowers and Blair finds them so she rushes to Chuck's penthouse to see if he is there...and she finds out that Chuck slept with Georgina. Just saying because Chuck looks sorta teary-eyed and Blair looks really hurt. Idk it could be a possiblity? Hope not bc I love Chair.
