    The only reason I'm okay with it is because I'm assuming the family will shift to season 5 if they don't do this show.

    You mean if the show doesn't get greenlit? Or if it gets canceled? Because if it gets canceled, they'll likely have to wait until season 6 to shift back to TVD. (although why would Julie bring them back after a whole season's absense? The show will have moved on from them by then)

    What comments were you reading, those articles have a bunch of O-fans enthused about it, congratulating Morgan and stuff. Plus despite that it hasn't been confirmed, I think it's obvious the other siblings would join it. You have to keep in mind, a lot O-fans can care less for KC. These are all the reactions I've seen:

    • Happy bc you always thought they deserve their own show, and they're the main reason you watch TVD.
    • Happy bc you hate O's for sucking up the show and now they can get out the way, while show can focus on other underrated characters or just continue that exciting triangle.
    • Upset because CW doesn't have the greatest writers, so you can't see it going past 1 season.
    • Upset because no klaroline, klefan, no klaus trolling mystic falls
    • Upset bc overrated actress phoebe tonkin is in it, yet the ACTUAL originals besides klaus aren't even confirmed yet.

    Believe it or not a lot of klaus fans don't want him near Caroline, so when they heard about this news I saw them partying and telling KC fans to suck it, lmao. And apparently that fandom tried to do a petition

    It's half and half. Half are happy that klaus gets his own show because JoMo deserves it and half are pissed because originals make the show and they want Klaroline/Kennett/elejah/mabekah etc.

    Mabekah sucks and they don't fit at all. They make less sense than Klaroline lol. Why would Matt go for a woman who killed his ex gf. Why would a beautiful 1000 year old vampire fall for a human bartender? So stupid
