      The ghosts that came back had "unfinished business" which is the only time a ghost is allowed to come back, in most stories. If a ghost doesn't haunt or visit you, it means they found peace and have no unfinished business. But Jeremy can call them over

      i think both ships have being ruined, but d/e fans are blind to that cos d/e are having alot of sex. to be fair if it had being stefans's blood that turned her, she would be happy too, and carrying on like she is. i really didnt think that the writers would ever go as far of having d/e do the dirty, given that you know THERE BROTHERS. plus what they wanted us to beleive about elena's character. i've always being a bid s/e fan but seriously, why would stefan want her back when she's being with damon? really she nedds to stay a vamipre and spend the next 50 years making it up to stefan.i hope stefan gets really mad gets high on hb and kick the hell out of damon!lol!:)

      Given the circumstances I think Stefan will take her back. She took him back after the ripper phase where he killed people, pushed her away, bit her and threatened to drive her off the bridge and knowing he was a vampire and all. But it would be nice if they don't try to sugarcoat it or gloss over it. At some point I think Stefan is going to step in and help Elena with the vampire 101 course since Damon can't cos of the sire bond. And also encourage her to explore her feelings for Damon. This will bring them closer again and all.

      @Heather:To me this sire nonsense still doesn't explain why Elena's love for Stefan isn't magnified to the point where it will surpass whatever feelings she has for Damon and why made it look like Stefan can't accept her as her vampire that is why he is so obsessed with finding this cure and what makes it worse is that he is making a Deal with Klaus knowing that he will continue to use her as a human blood bag.

      @Amina this much!! Stefan was actually supposed to feel compassion for Elena being a vampire cos he knew she never wanted to be one. But now they're making it look like he detests her vampire side and will find the cure soley for the reason that she gets to stay with him which is not entirely true.

      I don't know what they have in store for SE in the future but the ship is basically ruined as of now,I read a spoiler for 4.10 that something will happen between them that will change there relationship forever,that the moment was dark and sad.
