I am actually glad Emily is going darker after last night episode. Although, why did Emily think that taking down the Grayson family last night would have been easy. They are not powerful and manipulative for nothing.

It still came out all in her favor and they all are still  playing into her plans.

She spent almost a decade solely focused on researching those people with all the infinite resources she has. I'd say her ego is pretty big at this point

I'd say Jack's actions are expected.

The guy got reunited with his childhood crush(or so he thinks) who got violently taken away from him and then one day she disappears...ON THE NIGHT OF A MURDER. FROM THE MURDER SCENE. AFTER APPEARING TO HIM WITH A STOMACH WOUND.

if anything Jack is not stupid and such a situation raises a lot of questions for him. Amanda is someone he idolized since childhood(hence naming his boat after her) and anyone in his situation would do the same.

I would not be surprised on if he semi-suspects that Emily/Nolan are somehow up in the amanda's disappearance.

The Graysons are so fucked now.

Emily is going to annihilate them, with no thoughts of collateral damage whatsoever.

I don't think so. He is really irritating and acts really dumb. Risking his life for a girl he knew when he was 12? Carrying the bloody hoodie around? Not getting a bloody security system when his house has been robbed about 3 times already? Ugh Jack, you need to GTFO my screen.

The way he looked at Nolan when he brough him the news about the grayson's hitguy geting caught makes me think otherwise.

. Risking his life for a girl he knew when he was 12? Carrying the bloody hoodie around?

He grew up with her and believed in her. Never stopped, in fact.  He is just determined to not let her befall into the same fate her father fell to.

Not getting a bloody security system when his house has been robbed about 3 times already?

Those things cost. People like Emily might have unlimited bank accounts,  but Jack is someone who has been borderline-bankrupt ever since before the start of the show.

and well yes, he is sort of obsessive over her, which is quite logical considering the childhood trauma.

No one is perfect in this show.

Even Daniel who was portrayed as somewhat nice guy has a side of a an abusive woman-beating asshole in him and god knows what else he is capable of.  Even the moral compass of the show, Nolan, has some shady personality traits. Thats the point of this setting.

Its a rich people resort with highest concentration of trolls and corrupt people living in it.

oh my god...just caught the sneak peeks of the finale.

This has to be the darkest and most badass Emily we have had yet. The confrontation with White Haired Man and the mindgames is intense.

I'm a new fan and all I have to say is that I've spent the last 5 days watching all the episodes up to this point instead of trying to catch up with my assignments' deadlines. lol

I love, love, LOVE Nolan!!! everything about him screams awesomeness! Amanda (the real one) is pretty damn badass.

my only concern regarding TV shows that start out great is how can the writers keep it up for seasons without losing it in the process. recently I also watched Once Upon A Time (up to the season finale) and I'm thinking that if you have a great show, keep it up to the point you still have a great story to tell. if it comes to an end and you think it's a good time to give your characters closure, END IT RIGHT THERE! I know there's pressure from the studios when a show becomes a hit and it's all about the money, but, come on! it's better to end a good show on season 2 or 3 and have people say it blew their fuckin mind from the pilot to the finale than stop watching it because it turned out to be something entirely different from the beginning.

Thats why most of shows that have actual writers instead of monkeys with typewriters, use the storytelling device known as foreshadowing.

OUAT intentionally left HUGE gaps in Snow White's backstory(four years or so of post huntsman snow white, a few months of dark snow white, etc). Not to mention the gaps in Regina's backstory, entirety of Emma's backstory and the parallel universes intoduced in Hat Trick

Revenge is heading on higher conspiracy waters too with the organisation that Graysons were funding and there's also a shady question on wth is Takeda and why he is involved in this.

Vampire Diaries Quotes

You want a love that consumes you. You want passion and adventure, and even a little danger... I want you to get everything you're looking for. But for right now, I want you to forget that this happened. Can't have people knowing I'm in town yet. Goodnight, Elena.

Damon

Damon: You know what they are? Children. Like lighting a candle's going to make everything OK, or even saying a prayer. Or pretending Elena's not going to end up just like the rest of us murdering vampires. Stupid, delusional, exasperating little children. And I know what you're going to say: 'It makes them feel better, Damon.' So what? For how long? A minute, a day? What difference does it make? Because in the end, when you lose somebody, every candle, every prayer is not going to make up for the fact that the only thing you have left is hole in your life where that somebody that you cared about used to be. And a rock with a birthday carved into it that I'm pretty sure is wrong. So thanks, friend. Thanks for leaving me here to babysit. Because I should be long gone by now. I didn't get the girl, remember? I'm just stuck here fighting my brother and taking care of the kids. You owe me big.
Alaric: I miss you too, buddy.
