Also i lOVED this scene and how Gold looked there:
Its the first time in "storybrooke" that Gold looks EXACTLY very much like Rumple - reminding us that this "redemptive grand-daddy" is someone who manipulated everyonea nd threw everyone's life into shit.
I"M TROLLING BITCHES. LOST GIRL 4EVAA
Gods I hope they do not chicken out with the idea of Dark Snow, however by how it all sounds and how E.Kitsis worded it, it seems that Snow might go even darker this season
I like the idea of Dark Snow, but I don't want her to do a bad thing and then regret it and cry.
I loved young Cora. I loved the fact that she took her own heart out. Do you guys think that Rumple really loved her?
I like the idea of Dark Snow, but I don't want her to do a bad thing and then regret it and cry.why not? Regina did it(after pushing her mother into the mirror). Rumpel did it it(after both killing Zoso and letting go of Bae). Hell even Cora has shown regret in this ep in the flashback.
Becoming evil does not mean becoming a sociopath. Its only normal that after commiting such a dark thing as a first step, one would feel regret and guilt.
The parallels however dictate that it won't stop here.
Do you guys think that Rumple really loved her?I am sure he did.
But both chose power instead of love, valuing power more
I really loved the fact that Cora chose power instead of love!!
And you're right about Snow, but that scene made me think of Elena and how she cries all the time. I know that Snow is not like Elena lol, but I didn't like how she tried to stop what she did. I would like it more if she started feeling bad about it AFTER seeing Cora dead, you know?
I would like it more if she started feeling bad about it AFTER seeing Cora dead, you know?I don'tthink she feels bad abotu Cora being did. She feels bad about what she did. And not knowing what the hell happened can cause you to freak out. It just makes her NOT a sociopath(remember even Faith freaked out for an entire episode after murdering that guy in btvs season three)
Its quite clear they won't stop this development.
Otherwise they would not:Have shown symbolic scenes of Snow holding an apple and dressing in Regina-like colors. Have inserted the Evil Queen theme into at least three Snow scenes this episode(including her feud with David and her trying to convince Regina with the heart) Have made her choose the DARKEST possible of all of her options. Have drawn parallels to Rumple, Cora and Regina feeling regret over what they did. Have added half the season of hints at this plotline. Have added millions of parallels between her and Regina through both seasons
Regret and guilt and redemption is normal reaction to such a dark act. but the thing is, the fact that Snow HAD it in her to do such a cold and dark and manipulative and fucked up choice, also indicates that the said regret and redemption can be broken away, just like Regina's was.
don't think she feels bad about cora being dead*
Bassically my guess is that OUAT's Snow is a mix of original snow white fairytale AND Andersen's Snow Queen
