I think a lot of people think it had something to do with Elijah or Katherine. Maybe even Bonnie's dad as the new mayor is making some moves but personally i go with Elijah. Only because i think that he's supposed to come back soon. Why the eff would Kat come back now to get in the middle of an original war when she is happy on the run? It has to be Elijah.

I wonder what team my favorite original Elijah will fall on..Probaly Elena being he RESPECTS her so much. He would probaly side with Kol because it is against Klaus.. I bet he would do any and everything to help Elena get back to her OLD self though. For whatever reason he has this soft spot for her.

Actually....looking at Elijah's character he is the voice of reason in the family. The reasonable thing to do would be to oppose Klaus and side with Kol. He is bound to know more information about the real Silas. Why can't anyone see that raising Silas is NOOOOT a good idea in any sense of the world? Why is EVERYONE looking for this fucking cure anyway if there is even a 1% chance that Silas is this epic badass. What's the plan? Save Elena and watch the rest of the world go to hell in the process. Typical effed up logic from the idiots who have their heads shoved up Elena's golden vajajay.

Well, the only way it could be Kat is if she decided to get it and sort of negotiate with Klaus her life to stop running and have peace....But I suspect its Elijah, because I haven't seen my sexy suit wearing bby in far too long!

Stefan is so much better without Elena. Whenever he stays away from her he automatically becomes 1000x more awesome, it's amazing how much he improves.
It's like the love drama sucks all the life out of the character.
