    I get what you mean. Sounds stupid and illogical. However, if she wants a 'normal' life she should have walked away when she could have. She's pretty much screwed since she met the Salvatore brothers. The writers need to be a bit more consistent.

    I undersatnd what you mean that a forum is a place to discuss the show et cetera.

    I think I may have taken that phrase a little bit out of context and worded it incorrectly in my original post and therefore creating confusion. My opinion is just that there is so much more to the show than just everything argument and debate comming back down to ship x and ship y.

    Is anyone else out there who is getting sick of these shipping wars? Or just sick of all TVD conversation and topics leading back to about who belongs with whom? Can't we just appreciate TVD for the twists, turns, and jaw dropping plotlines with provides us with?

    Lately I've just noticed (or it could be just me) that the TVD forum has become the GG forum. It's just all about ship x versus ship y or ship x is better than ship y because of reason a, b, and c.

    I love the characters to death and am extremely appreciative of the way the writers have developed them from the very beginning of the series. However, despite that, there is still much much more depth to the show than just person x belongs with person y. The writers would be appalled. To be quite honest, I am in love with and ship every combination of characters from love triangles, to love squares, and god know what other polygons that could be created if we analysed the character development, interactions, and relationships deep enough. I am quite content with shipping SE and DE simultaneously - is that so wrong?

    We all love TVD and at the very end of the day we are one big family (whether some admit it or not). We all just need to chill and just watch the show for what it is (a captivating and compelling television series) and leave the writers to make all the tough decisions; is it not what they are supposed to do?

    But hey, that's just my take on it. (:

    I've kind of got to a point that ship nearly everyone with nearly everyone!!!! Datherine, Statherine, Delena, Stelena, Camon, Forwood, Catt, Beremy, Jalaric, Dalijah, Defan, KathJah....and many more!!!! lol

    That is so true! It's the same with me, I love them all. They're all epic.
