      If  they want to do DE they should do it, well so it feels natural and all, but not just go back and forth between the thing for YEARS. Thats part of the reason why I pretty much can't stand DE scenes in latter S2.

      Sometimes I feel like 'why bother even being a delena fan? They wont get together till like season 5 or something... and even then judging by the way TVD is going on stelena will most prob be endgame anyway!'

      Thats not the problem. The problem is that they keep teasing DE way too early.

       

      BTVS had it right. S/B was kept to minimum and only started when it was sensible to start it and even then you did not have 45455 episodes of Buffy being "torn"  between them. she just plain decided that she will have both and moved on.

      With TVD that is getting ridiculous. I mean, haven't writers realized yet that the way they handle this whole triangle of DES has been one of major reasons why show's ratings are in decline? After every major episode of DES cocktease, next episode suffered a ratings decline.

      Obviously they will either continue teasing and cockblocking the relationship to oblivion so they can have the sweeet "epic" SE or they will rush to hell DE with horribly soap-opera-ish scenes like the naked damon one and ruin it even more than entire season 2 has ruined it.

      Nope, I want to Caroline to kick becky into a car after giving her a good trashing around the place and then impaling her on some flag pole on some building...

      Sadly most likely either steffan damon or tyler will kill her...

      Nooot exactly.

      BTVS vampire strength is highly dependant on emotions. Seriously pissed off buffy pretty much sends them flying few feeet away

       

      Its not that they are that much stronger than normal vamps. Ubervamps are just really harder to kill and have more normal strength. Since normal vamp can send a normal human flying few blocks away, it does not do any difference. 

      The fun fact is - had ubervamps had speed advantage(like master did), they wouldhave horribly horribly defeated everyone. 

      Once you figure out what works and what does not its easier, you just need to dodge the hell out of them(as shown by buffy vs caleb) and Whedon did state somewhere that weapons there were speciffically prepared by Willow(similar in manner other enchanted swords worked in this show), both sides of the conflict had  enchanced weapons that slice through normal humans like butter, bones or no  bones.
