I think you overrated the episode. Last week I really enjoyed but this here is a mess. They kill and resurrect like the story works for them. Ther Horror is pretty much gone cause blood is better spilled at the VD. And of what was Marie Nd Fiona so affraid of, they didn't twich as they destroyed the hunters, and they become to easily bff's. Hopefully the next episodes bring us proper conclusion.
It was an solid episode I loved the reveals and the emotional display of the episode. I must say that my first thought was that Barry was in a coma and that is stated in my Review or RT comment ;) . It's just the easiest way to prolong it and connect the pilot with Arrow 301.
I loved Laurel going for it. She is a good attorney she has great instincts, but the writers overplay it a bit and put her to be the Demsel in destress. I look forward to see where that rock bottom is the writters are talking about.
Felicity: I think that now they are back on track. I got what you were saying Carissa about not knowing if there are loving each other as friends or lovers but I think there is that attraction to each other character(not only the physical) that puts it on a higher level. And maybe they will go the Rachel&Joey way and let them say that they are to good friends to be lovers. I loved their apologizing scene Felicity is so strong in therir conversations.
I agree Roy needs some back story some way to be useful, but it' s not only him Thea should get some independent focus as well.

1. Paralel universe!
On 1 side I think it was something like a revelation to the girls, their aren't the only ones who suffer. There are people who are worse off. On the other hand the girls reexaimed their feelings for Ali, aswell a pretty painful moment for Emily, all her pain came back and honestly I am happy with the way she handled it. Her final scene with Paige was a big step for her.
2. Mr Hastings!? I mean the ultimate road for the writers could be to make him the killer of Toby's mom, other ways I could see him putting Ali or someon into it or at least trying to. He is an awkward guy but that is probably more connected to him not appearing so much.
I mean they are my fav couple, they wnt thorugh so much and I hate the writers went there only cause they need a familiar lead for the new show and had ti unattach Caleb from Rosewood.
I think it's the reason for him hunting Ali. I believe Ali destroyed someone very close to Ezra and he wants payback. Think Mona will play a rough game with Ezra and could get hurt on the way.
5. Winter Premier!?
It was a good one, I mean there was an other ep like this in S2 or S3 were there wasn't to many A buisness proving the show could be just a teenie drama so they can answer all A questions and go to college.
The best Drama I watched this year were Scandal and Arrow.
Meredith Grey in the Seasson 9 final(before she blacked out) as she was pushing Ross through the C section not wanting to die(that is a first one for her in the show) so she could raise her daughter and son.
I really didn't know they are searching for an A-A actress. That is nice, but I have no suggestions ;) I really look forward to the Flash series.

As I watched the previews I was really psyched about the show, but as it progressed it got messy and I really don't like were it's headed . And you are to kind with your grade it deserves barely a C in my opinion.
Best episode: Cara's back story ep. It was really a good, who would guess she was deaf especially with her being such a strong character.
Worst episode: I agree ep 7, Limbo. Just terrible.
Best character: John is really strong but the only thing that bugged me is what a jackass he was to Cara about the affair thing. I mean the whole storyline was rushed and the writers just wanted to push the story without having the proper back for it.
Worst character: No one in particular, maybe Astrid was the worst used character she could be a lot better and get deeper into the story to mess things around.
Hopes: That they get a bit back to the orgins, I mean Stephen traveling between life and death??? Come on. I get Stephen being special but let us dig deeper into his character, he struggled with his powers for like 1&1/2 ep. I would love a late break out for Jedi to happen, would really mess with the story.
I completely forgot about that, it was just unbelievable how the complete curse of the show changed in just 60 sec or less.
One of the shockers that caught me completely of guard is Jackson standing up at the wedding.
But honestly the biggest shocker was the Once midseason final happening! ! ! It was insane.
