Paul: I agree Stalker is becoming one of my favorites too and it does feel like you are watching a movie every week. I also like how every case is different and this week the 'victim' was actually the stalker, did not see that coming.
I am glad Jack came clean with Beth and I like that she told him to work it out with his ex because she would hate to lose him as he is great at what he does. I was expecting something more from Jack's reveal. He is not the first man to be a bad father and not the first person to cheat on their significant other. While those 2 things are not nice things at all, I was really expecting something way more shocking.
It also looks like Ben is warming up to Jack finally.
A lot of the episodes have a Scream vibe due to the fact that Kevin Williamson produces the show. :)
Yes the dog scene was brutal.

What was your favorite quote or scene from The Originals Season 2 Episode 5?
Leigh, I concur on both choices. How do you feel about the rewrite of Klaus and Elijah's history with Tatia? Is this the REAL history or is it the story Esther is telling Elijah?
I am pretty sure Esther is just feeding lies to Elijah so that he will break and beg him to put her in another body which is what she wants. She will say and do anything to get what she wants. Take a minute and react to the Klaus/Koleb goodness we were given this week:
It was perfect and I love that Klaus realized quickly that his mom, Finn and Kol were all back even though they are in different bodies. Cami as the Mikaelson family therapist: an episode you'd love to see, or please give her something else to do?
She is he voice of reason and I like it! Why isn't Mikael healing from Papa Tunde's blade?
Not sure, but maybe that means he will die after all. On a scale of 1 to YOU'RE KILLING ME, WRITERS, rate that scene with Hayley and Elijah.
YOU'RE KILLING ME, WRITERS! That scene was hot hot hot and I was mad that it was a dream!

This episode was just okay for me.
Well except for Dr. Herman telling Arizona she is dying. I am sure Arizona will keep the secret and there will be repercussions down the line.
Maggie was a little to harsh on Webber at the end of the episode.
Meredith and Derek's relationship is like volcano ready to overflow and it will be a matter of time before it does! Sorry but I do not think that calling time outs during fights is good, they will never resolve anything that way.
The case with the Vetran tugged at the heart strings.
April was super mean to her mother. However Jackson handled it all perfectly.

So if a vampire dies on the Mystic Falls they become human? Is it really that simple or did Jo do some witchy magic with the gauze that we did not see? If so then won't Caroline, Damon and Elena want to become human again? I am sure Stefan would choose to remain a vampire.
I knew it would not be that easy for Elena to get back her memories of Damon and for now she will never be able to get them back. However going that route it allows the show to have Elena and Damon rediscover their relationship and start new and if they fall in love again then they are soul mates.
Nina and Ian have great chemistry and that last scene was great!
For now Caroline is done with Stefan, we will see how long that lasts.
I still think Sarah is up to no good.
Leigh: Good call about Kai and Jo, I bet you are right. Also I would not have believed Damon when he said Bonnie was dead.

I too think the pacing was a little off and the flow disrupted when not every character is on every week so the storylines are left a little up in the air.
When Hank told Sandy he has Asperger's she all the sudden let go of all her anger and was super happy when she went to pick up Ruby. I felt bad for Sarah when they did not invite her along. However I have never been a fan of Hank and Sarah. She was way better with Mark or the doctor from last season. Jason Ritter will be back so I wonder if in that episode Hank will break up with Sarah, she will run into Mark who will not have a wedding ring on and they will go out for a drink and leave us with the possibility of them getting back together.
I hope Amber will be okay. Someone is still supposed to die and I do not want it to be Amber.
I saw the old Joel last night and the talk he had with Zeke was great but I do feel Julia has moved on, but she was super sad the day the papers were delivered so maybe they will get back together. Last year all Julia wanted was to hear those words from Joel and now he has said them but it is too little to late.
I was surprised that Adam and Christina would leave Amber in charge of Max. I can see Norah but Max....they have a hard time handling him at times and to leave for a couple nights with Amber was a bad idea. Not that Amber is irresponsible, but Max is a handful.
Zeke wants to spend time with all his kids and grandkids as he knows now that life is too short and I am glad that Drew came around in the end.

I too was expecting more to be revealed about Felicity.
My jaw did drop during that last scene. However the more I think about it, I do not thin that Roy killed Sara. That could be why the revealed it in a dream. Roy may still be messed up from the Mirakuru or he could have guilt over something else entirely.
At times it seems like Thea has forgiven Oliver and is not working with Malcolm on bringing him down, however her call to Malcolm at the end of last weeks episode and her all the sudden wanting to go into the basement at Verdant keeps me suspicious of her. Then again the look on Malcolm's face when he saw Oliver and Thea spending time together looked like he was angry.
I did like the 3 different sets of training scenes we saw. Thea asking how normal [eople train was funny and then we see Felicity doing 10 crunches and then ending her workout.
Ray's "feel better" with air quotes was super funny too. I want to like him but I feel like he is evil and hiding something.

Lesther wants all her kids to enter other bodies and live what she feels is a better life, so he is implanting fake memories into Elijah's head as part of her torture. She hopes this will eventually break him and beg her to end his misery an put him in another body.
I really do not want to see that happen, I can not imagine the Original's without Daniel Gilles or Joseph Morgan.
I loved Klaus, Hayley and Marcel working together to try and take Mikael down. They were unsuccessful which made me mad, but it gives me hope that they will be able to take him down one day. Davina has the white oak stake back in her possession and she still plans on taking down Klaus. She was leery of Koleb when she found out who he is but at the end she decided to leave with him and not wait for Marcel. Eventually she will have to give up her mission to kill Klaus, how she will come to that decision I have no idea.
I did love the flashbacks.

My prediction over the last 2 weeks was right, Zoe was Berlin's daughter.
I am sure Red knows about Tom. He knows Liz would not be able to kill him. That is the reason he had that guy following her, it was not for her protection it was so that he could follow her to where she is keeping Tom.
I was a little surprised at the fake hospital too, but there did seem something off to be as soon as the "doctor" talked to Liz. It was creepy that they were faking Liz and Ressler's injuries. Liz realized quickly that her arm was fine and that they wanted her to think he arm was injured by sticking tacks in her arm...seeing her pull those out made me squeamish! Then Ressler was just fine too. Well except the drugs the bad guys gave him to keep in unconscious only aided he drug addiction.
I too do not think that Liz will kill Tom.
Berlin did tell Red he knows he is spending time with his daughter lately but I still do not think it is Liz.
It sucks we only have one episode left until a very long break when the show returns mid Feb.

What was your favorite scene or quotes from "The World Has Turned and Left Me Here?"
The end with Stefan in the crypt and Damon appearing there! I was sad that Bonnie did not make it back with Damon but I loved seeing the Salvatore brothers reunite. Is Bonnie finally, actually, like, for real gone?
Nope, Damon is not going to rest until she comes back. I assume Liv will have to help. Is Stefan going to have an attitude change now that Damon is back?
Yes he will and I bet it will not return to Savannah he will find a place outside of Mystic Falls to live in with Damon. New Salvatore digs! Why was Jo able to resist Alaric's compulsion?
I have not figured that out yet. Liv killed someone for Tyler after blowing him off all season. What's up with that?
She likes Tyler but is pretending not too because he was a werewolf and will be again one day if his werewolf curse gets triggered. Miranda I agree with all you said. Predict Elena's love life now that Damon's back...
She will date Liam until the last couple episodes of the season when he dies or does something terrible and then she will have Alaric return her memories and we will have a steamy Damon and Elena reunion scene!

I am really liking this show and I am happy that is got a full season order.
So we find out that Beth is not Beth's real name and that she was the only survivor from fire that killed her family. Was her former stalker the one responsible for the fire?
I like that Janice called Jack out on being awkward around her and I think she will help him with his Amanda situation as we all know Jack wont leave LA. Maybe she will threaten Amanda or something so that Jack will stay.
Ben seems to be over his issued with Jack, yes they both talked over each other when they were interviewing suspects which was funny to watch but I liked them going to the suspects house together. It was also funny that Ben knew about Jack and Janice's hook up.
Perry is creepy and I am sure he will be around all season and Jack will be the one to save her and that will be when her issues with him will be over and she will realize he was the best man for the job.
