I loved the episode.I just wanna say that I called it with regards to the reasons why MerStina were fighting. I hope Matthew and April get married. I love them as a couple. Jackson had so much time to say what he said. Its too late. I want Mapril. Matt does not deserve to be dumped like that. Seriously. Altho hands down the best part for me was when Xtina was walking down the aisle and April'S sisters gave her the stink eye. That was hilarious beyond.
I think the writing was on the wall in terms of Carter's death and it was a nice thing to circle back and remind us about the pilot and how everything has gone down. I sincerely hope that they kill that Simmons and Quinn. They must must absolutely die.
I am just so shocked and in mourning... Carter was an amazing character that from the start was part of the reason I watched the show. I'm waiting for the interviews and reasons behind this because I can't fathom why it was done. I mean I know motivation to continue the fight is the main reason, but seriously couldn't the bad guys just loose and leave it at that. It was be far the best episode of the season. A small naive part of me wishes that it was part of the plan and she is alive. She needs to be witness for the indictments so here's hoping. Also what got me is that the machine was late in giving him the number. Surely it should have notified Finch earlier? Something tells me the machine did that on purpose. Maybe Root got to it...
This has become a dumb show. They have destroyed Jenna. Ober it now.
I also think Charlotte was the one behind the brakes and is the one who shoots Emily. She has been acting way to hostile to Ems of late and has become more shady. It could be a red herring but I still think that Charlotte has graduated from being the teen angsty screw up to something more. Just not sure what that it yet.
Secondly as many people including Mirands has said: They are clearly tearing down Aiden (and I am so glad the writers are doing this) for a Jack and Emily reunion. That to me and to the casual viewer has always been the endgame. I didn't see it at first but now that Jack and Emily are at odds with each other, the chemistry is palable and they could do well together.
Two things I've observed going into this season:They are clearly bringing it witht the story this year. It has never been more intsense and powerful and two the writers are writing the story as if this could possibly (and with the state of the ratings) be the final season. Why I say this. If Emily completes her Revengenda this season, whats going to be the focus of season 4. They can't expect to prolong it so much. I mean there is only so many obstacles that they can throw in the way of her plan before it becomes monotonous (like Revolution). I know they could come up with something but would it be as compelling as the reason for the show in the first place?Secondly as many people including Mirands has said: They are clearly tearing down Aiden (and I am so glad the writers are doing this) for a Jack and Emily reunion. I think Callen has a russian name with a G. Especially not that we know his father was russian. The comescus must just die now....
I expected a little more from this episode but you have to give props to Chris O'Donnel for his performance tonight. Few things, Owen & Hetty were seriously smoking some weed when they thought they would get Callen out of the way. That rouse would not have fooled anyone. Idiotic. Then I get Callen is a lone wolf but he should have taken Sam with. Sam could have helped him. DI hope that we get a resolution to this story already.
