I enjoyed it. Enough mystery, twists & surpises to keep me watching for answers. I thought the cast was very good.
I enjoyed both of the "Girls Night/Boys Night" episodes, but I did like the "Boys Night Out" better. Like others have mentioned, it was fun to see someone from the past return, and I would like to see more of that in the future. And I always love seeing Hardison and Elliot together!
I don't mind CI Ray, but I have to disagree with the article. I see absolutely no sparks, romantic or otherwise, between he and Ziva...
Looking forward to Scott Wolf's Stratton return, just to see what he's up to. Not sure how I feel about CI Ray's return, but I know I DON'T want to see EJ return. Ever.
I loved this ep! The plotline alone was good enough to keep me glued to the screen, but as the review mentioned, it's also the little side bits and banter between this team that I look forward to every week. The waltz in the beginning (I really wanted to see where it would go with Sam/Callen, darn that interruption!), Deeks saving Kensi's butt, and of course the flowers between Nell and Eric (and it was funny, but no surprise that Hetty caught Eric returning the purloined flower off her desk, at the end!) I'm greatly looking forward to the continuation of this one. Sad to see another friend of Sam's lose his life...
I always love seeing Fornell make an appearance! And the poster above is right, Gibbs and Fornell are like an old married couple, in many ways. The presence of Fornell AND Diane in one episode kind of overshadowed the actual crime plotline for me, which I normally don't like, but in this case, I was more than willing to make an exception. Good episode.
Another enjoyable ep, for me. Loved seeing Eric and Nell in the field, their stint at the airport was priceless! I'm glad we got another mention of Sam's family, and possibly a meeting in the future? Curious to know (if we ever get to find out) what his current assignment is. And I loved his heartfelt speech about leaving no Marine behind, to Hetty. Good on ya, Sam. I'm glad he was able to change Hetty's mind, and allow them to be "Ninjas". Deeks was hilarious with the luggage fiasco, he looked like he was thoroughly enjoying himself! I think this entire team meshes very, very well; I look forward to their banter and interactions, every week!
I enjoyed this ep very much. Intriguing, tightly constructed plot, and some excellent banter amongst the team. I think these characters have excellent chemistry, and are fun to watch, IMO, more and more each week. Loved seeing Hetty in the field, and although the result of her visit was somewhat disturbing, it served as a stark reminder of how things were back in her heyday. She knew that she had to do his this "favor"... Loved seeing Sam's magic act with the son!
It wasn't one of my fave eps - another member of the team falls in love with someone who turns out to the be the villian? Been done several times before, I thought it was hackneyed. And poor Ducky, he deserves better. Saw Mary as the villian right away. The actual crime part of the plot was lacking, almost disjointed, could have been tightened up considerably. Someone mentioned the woman on the computer screen at the end was David's real life wife? How fun, didn't catch that! It wasn't all bad though, there were some very fun moments of banter amongst the team, and that was very enjoyable. Next week's ep looks good, looking forward to it, and also to the NCIS LA ep, which looks very good (I enjoyed that ep much more, this week).
I enjoyed this ep very much. Tightly written storyline, the banter between team members was fun as always, and Hetty, as mentioned in the review, is always a surprise and mystery. Her final visit to her old colleague was disturbing, but she did what she knew she had to do. A stark reminder of how things in her business were in "the old days". This show *is* hitting it's stride, IMO, and I have to say, I also enjoyed LA this week much better than NCIS.
