As much as I loved the episode, breaking the fourth wall with Cooper wasn't exactly great. Though I did like it at times, it was too much for when I actually wanted to hear the characters talk. Though I felt the episode was solid and was happy that it focused on Charlotte, Cooper and their pregnancy, I was also happy to see Violet's story come to light. I feel as though for someone who is grieving the death of her husband that she isn't getting enough time with it. Pete has only need dead for 4 and a half months, so I'd like to see that storyline go on.
On another note, can I just say how mad I am about the outcome of Charlotte's pregnancy? Though I understand every pregnancy is different and though this was fiction, I was just so damn mad that one of their babies was premature. As much as I am happy about the other two being still being inside Charlotte, I'm not happy about her possible death. I know that Shonda would NOT be happy about killing Charlotte, but with this show ending, why wouldn't she cross that line? I wish Shonda would just stick to her word and allow the CharCoop pregnancy to go right for once.
Dark Dan is by far the most interesting thing this season. I'm glad he's crushed all of them, because whether fans believe he's right or not - they have all had it coming. Dan speaks the truth and I'm glad he's finally taking a stand. Besides, it was hilarious to see him take down and break Serena down like that. Honestly, she couldn't wait to jump back at Steven? What does that say about her!?
@Sa'ad702: GG has nothing on 90210. 90210 may have always not had the best writing, but at least they don't try and escape what they've been given. GG itself has turned itself into a nothing more than constant over-the-top soap opera with the characters constantly changing themselves from bad to good and good to bad every week. The writing on 90210 may not always be consistent, but at least the characters are regardless of their bed hopping.
@Sa'ad702: Ironically enough, this "trash" has lasted 4 more seasons than The Secret Circle did. It's time to move on and get over it, because the fact is that 90210 will be renewed for another season whether it's 10 episodes or 22, while The Secret Circle will continue to rot in the ground. Still 14 more episodes of 90210 season 5! BRING IT ON!
I also feel confident for a Lannie reunion. I hope the writers step on it and put them together by mid-season. However, if they do what they did last year with the cliffhanger of Liam getting injured and Annie waiting for him and not putting them together, I'll be pissed off.
What happened to Max's company sucks, but it does open up his character more and will further develop is marriage with Naomi. These two are pure endgame and to ruin them now would just be too stupid.
Addixon's fate was not surprising, but Dixon resulting the way he did by keeping Adrianna contracted? Wow, is this going to end bad. Though the end of Addixon sucks, chances are that they'll be together again soon.
The fact that Navid is back sickens me. I don't like him when he's nice and I don't like him when he's bad. I just like it when he's not in an episode and the other characters hate him.
I'm sincerely pissed off a Shane for what he's obviously going to do to Teddy and Silver's baby business. It's hardly any of Shane's business with what Teddy has decided to do. Either way, I hope Silver gets her pregnancy by the spring finale.
To this day, I still miss Izzie. Not so much the character, but more of the chemistry she had with Alex. Even last seasons, the character himself said he missed her. I think that with Heigl wanting some closure for her character and Alex obviously still needing it that she should come back. However, for some reason, I don't think Shonda will allow it seeing as she probably holds a grudge against the actress. Seriously, the woman wanted to kill the character off once she left the show and cut her contract for good. Honestly, could you get anymore bitter? It's seems to be her thing that when she doesn't get what she wants that she kills off the characters. Hopefully she can come to a decision to allow Heigl back on the show for a multiple arc to conclude her health status (once again), her surgical career, her relationship with Alex and her overall status with life. I mean, Izzie's eggs are still at the SGMW with Alex's semen on them. Surely when she decides she wants kids, she'll have to come back for them. I see a storyline right there!
Meredith and Derek are pregnant. Cristina and Owen are divorcing. The intern Jo was more annoying than ever and there was no contact between her and Alex. Finally, Mark and Lexie 2.0 (Jackson and April) broke up! This is what I call a good episode.
