Will & Grace Season 11 Episode 1 scored 2.3 million viewers and a 0.5 rating in the demo, marking the show's least watched and lowest rated episode ever.
Still, it was an improvement over what Sunnyside was doing in the slot earlier in the season.

Starting NBC's night was Superstore, which was steady as a rock with 2.9 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in the demo.
The final season of The Good Place continued with 1.9 million viewers and a 0.6 rating.

Law & Order: SVU was up a tenth to 3.6 million viewers and a 0.7 rating.
Young Sheldon (8.5 million/1.1 rating) and The Unicorn (5.9 million/0.8 rating) perked up week-to-week, while Mom (6.4 million/0.8 rating) and Carol's Second Act (5.1 million/0.7 rating) held steady.
Evil (3.6 million/0.5 rating) slipped to its smallest audience while matching its demo low.
Grey's Anatomy (6.1 million/1.3 rating) and A Million Little Things (4.4 million/0.9 rating) recovered from their series lows, while How to Get Away with Murder (2.4 million/0.5 rating) was steady.
The CW was steady with Supernatural (1.3 million/0.3 rating) and Legacies (0.9 million/0.9 million/0.2 rating)
