On Arrow Season 7 Episode 22, things took a turn when Emiko put one final daring plan into play to take over Star City and what she thinks is hers.
In doing so, the villain put a lot of fan-favorite characters in jeopardy, forcing Oliver to do soemthing he never thought he would do.
While that was going down, Felicity continued to try to evade the law after Emiko sent the footage to the SCPD.
