The Conners Season 1 came to a close on Tuesday night with 7.7 million total viewers and a solid 1.5 rating in the demo.
These numbers are the show's best since November. While not as big a hit as Roseanne was last year, The Conners has been a reliable performer for ABC and should be on the fall schedule.
The Kids Are Alright (4.5 million/0.9 rating), blackish (3.4 million/0.8 rating), Splitting Up Together (2.6 million/0.6 rating) and The Rookie (3.8 million/0.7 rating) were each on par with their recent results.
Over on CBS, Big Brother: Celebrity Edition (4.9 million/1.2 rating) and FBI (7.4 million/0.8 rating) both hit season lows, while NCIS: New Orleans (6.7 million/0.8 rating) was steady.
Ellen's Game of Games (7.5 million/1.6 rating), This Is Us (8.1 million/1.9 rating), and New Amsterdam (5.8 million/1.0 rating) each lost a tenth for NBC.
The Flash (1.9 million/0.6 rating) and Roswell, New Mexico (1.2 million/0.4 rating) were both steady in the demo.
The Gifted (1.8 million/0.5 rating) was steady as a rock for Fox.
