Charles Michael Davis is in-demand.
The actor who moved to Younger following his five-season stint on The CW's The Originals has landed a new series regular role on For The People, according to Deadline.
His role will bring him back to Shondaland. He previously appeared on Grey's Anatomy, and that served as his first big TV role.
Davis will first appear on the frothy legal soap's sophomore season premiere. He will play the role of Ted, a new investigator in the public defender's office.
But what does this casting news mean for Davis' series regular role on Paramount Network's Younger?
Good news, that's what!
Deadline has confirmed that the filming schedules for both will not clash, meaning Davis gets to continue as a regular on Younger in addition to this new role.
It's great for fans of Younger because Charles has brought new energy to the series Kelsey's (Hilary Duff) love interest.
As for For The People, it secured a surprise renewal at ABC in May. The drama focuses on a group of workers in the supreme court, taking on cases that push them to their limit.
It currently stars Britt Robertson, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Ben Rappaport, Susannah Flood, Wesam Keesh, Regé-Jean Page, Ben Shenkman, Hope Davis, Vondie Curtis-Hall and Anna Deavere Smith.
However, ABC likely renewed it to keep TGIT intact in the spring once How to Get Away with Murder concludes its season.
