What does friendship mean to you?
ABC's newest drama A Million Little Things is poised to be the breakout hit of the Fall, and it will answer that question. It will answer it in a million different ways because friendship means a million different things to a million different people.
It's already a critical darling because no one can stop raving about it. It's highly-anticipated.

1. Gary - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
James Roday best known for Psych stars as Gary on A Million Little Things. Gary has his own personal health issues that he may or may not be struggling with, but now he has to deal with the loss of his close friend, too.
2. Eddie - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Former Grimm star, David Giuntoli, stars as Eddie. He's the stay-at-home dad among the group of friends who are brought together after the tragic suicide of one of their own.
3. Rome - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Film star Romany Malco plays Rome. A sensitive soul, Rome is impacted upon John's death for a plethora of reasons, one of which is it hitting a little too close to home.
4. Regina - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Christina Marie Moses, best known for her roles in The Originals and Containment, stars as Regina. Regina is Rome's wife and a chef with big dreams.
5. Maggie - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Allison Miller, best known for her work on 13 Reasons Why, stars as Maggie. She's not an original member of the initial friend group, but she is Gary's new acquaintance who manages to blend right in.
6. Delilah - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Stephanie Szostak of Satisfaction and Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce stars as Delilah. She is John's widow, and she has to deal with his sudden and tragic death by suicide.
7. Sophie - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Lizzy Greene of Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn stars as John's teenage daughter, Sophie. Sophie has to deal with the loss of her father and the usual teen angst.
8. Danny - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Chance Hurstfield of Ghost Wars stars as Danny Dixon. He is the youngest child of John. He has to cope with the unexpected loss of his father in a devastating manner.
9. Teary-Eyed - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Regina is understandably emotional when she learns about the death of her close friend. John touched the lives of everyone around them, and she can't make sense of his choice.
10. Mystery Box - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Delilah is distracted while standing over a mystery box. Is it a jewelry box? What has her looking so pensive? Is she flooded with memories of her husband?
11. Mother-Daughter Chat - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
Delilah shares a special moment with her eldest child, Sophie. Could she be relaying the terrible news about her father's death?
12. Smiling through the Sadness - A Million Little Things
Gary may be reeling from the loss of his close friend, John, but it doesn't keep him from finding a reason to smile while at John's repast. Funerals can be sad, but they also can remind people of fond memories.
13. Still Have You - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
After such a terrible tragedy, Regina and Rome have to be grateful that they still have one another. Especially while watching John's widow grapple with his abrupt death.
14. So Grimm - A Million Little Things Season 1 Episode 1
If there is ever a time for Eddie to look this grim and serious it's now at one of his best friend's funeral.
