Jessica Jones Renewed for Season 3 at Netflix!

Jessica Jones will be returning to Netflix.
Despite the upcoming competitive online streaming service from Disney, the parent company to Marvel Comics, Jessica Jones Season 3 will reside at the home where it began.
Jessica Jones Season 2 premiered a month ago on International Women's Day, and while it wasn't received with quite the fanfare of Jessica Jones Season 1, it is still the most highly regarded of the Marvel series airing on Netflix.
Critics and fans alike have come to love the portrayal of the gritty, embittered, and emotional Jones by its star, Krysten Ritter.

During Season 2, not only was Jones dealing with her new life in the spotlight as a superhuman who can kill with her bare hands, but she also dealt with more personal issues, including the death of her family, that put a strain on her closest relationships in the present.
It leaves a terrific starting point for a new season that will allow for additional growth for not only Jones but her oldest friend, Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor).
Retaining the highly successful Marvel series and its sister series, Daredevil, Luke Cage, The Punisher, Iron Fist and Daredevils a year after Disney pulled all other Marvel and Disney films from the streaming giant isn't a surprise.

Disney's streaming service is said to have a Marvel series of its own in consideration, and other Marvel series include Runaways on Hulu, Agents of SHIELD on ABC, and Legion on FX.
In addition to Ritter and Taylor, Jessica Jones stars Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth and Eka Darville as Malcolm Ducasse.
No return date for the series has been announced at this time.
