Scorpion: Tina Majorino Snags Recurring Role

Scorpion is adding a Veronica Mars veteran to its ranks for Season 4.

According to TV Line, Tina Majorino has snagged a recurring role on the CBS drama series, but who, exactly, will she be playing?

Details are sketchy at this stage, but the report says that she will play a chemist named Florence who moves next door to the team.

The team will not accept her at first, but it sounds like she will find a way to integrate herself into Walter & Co, and will cause some issues from there out.

It's certainly an interesting casting announcement and one that will likely help inject some more drama into the show.

Through three seasons, the show has always had some of craziest developments around, with the team always finding themselves in some of the most out there situations.

That's what makes it Scorpion, and it's a high-octane adventure, but we're intrigued by the possibility of a new pot stirrer appearing.

Who does not like someone who causes drama? On top of that, it makes us think that Florence could get close to a member of the team if the report says that she does find herself being accepted by them.

It certainly raises some questions when you think about it.

Majorino's biggest role to date has got to be on Veronica Mars as Mac. She was Veronica's smart BFF who was always one step ahead of the game.

Her other TV credits include Grey's Anatomy, Legends and Big Love.

As previously reported, Scorpion returns September 25 for Season 4.

We're counting down the days here because Summer has not exactly been bursting at the seams with lots of new TV for us talk about.
