Once Upon a Time has a lot of changes in store when it returns to ABC for Season 7.
The veteran ABC drama is making a move to Friday nights and will be paired with Marvel's Inhumans.
Ever since it was confirmed that Inhumans would be premiering on September 29 with a two-hour premiere, fans have speculated about what that could mean for Once Upon a Time.
Thankfully, fans at San Diego Comic-Con got word of the premiere date via the Once Upon a Time Experience at the event.
Have a look below at one fan's tweet from the event which confirms Once Upon a Time will debut October 7 at 8/7c.
In addition to the premiere date, it also gives a tease about what fans can expect when the series returns. For a start, it confirms the new locale for the show is Seattle.
At first, it seemed like the big revamp was being kept under wraps, but several interviews have teased what's to come for the characters.
We previously reported that Once Upon a Time Season 7 Episode 1 would be title "Hyperion Heights." We now know that Dania Ramirez will debut in that episode as a brand new version of Cinderella.
She's Adult Henry's wife, and they share a child together. At the same time, we got our first look at two stills from the opener that show
The first one showed off Dania as the iconic character.
The second showed her and Henry in what looked to be an argument.
There's no denying that the revamp will likely reinvigorate the series. It's not been great for a few seasons now, so we're hoping that the new location and characters help bring the show back to its former glory.
We already know that The Evil Queen, Hook, and Rumplestiltskin will be back to help solve the new mystery.
That means Ginnifer Goodwin (Snow White), Josh Dallas (Charming), Jared Gilmore (Henry), Emilie de Ravin (Belle), and Rebecca Mader (Zelena) are out as series regulars.
We recently found out that Gilmore will appear in the season premiere, so it seems like may still recur.
