Shadowhunters Trailer: First Look at New Series

It's a big week for the network soon to formerly known as ABC Family, as not only have they announced that come January they'll be going by the name Freeform, but they released a trailer for the highly anticipated Shadowhunters TV series via Snapchat. 

What stands out the most to me is not just that we finally get to see the actors as the characters they'll be portraying, but that the show itself appears to be stylishly filmed and full of visual trickery. 

Will all of that wicked neon lighting be a part of the weekly episodes or used only for the purposes of the trailer? I guess we'll find out in January when the series premieres.

Featured in the trailer we see in full glory the leads Clary (Katherine McNamara) and Jace (Dominic Sherwood), as well as all of the other nifty characters. Warlock Magnus (Harry Shum, Jr.), hunter Alec (Matthew Daddario) and sister Isabelle (Emeraude Toubia), Simon (Alberto Rosende) and werewolf Luke (Isaiah Mustafa).
