A&E has announced a couple key premiere dates.

First, Bates Motel Season 3 will kick off on Monday, March 9, with the series set to chronicle "the evolution of the Bates family," as it "dives head first into Norman's waning ability to stay in denial about what's happening to him and the lengths he will go to gain control of his fragile psyche," according to the official network synopsis.

Look for Norma to grow reluctantly more and more aware of Norman's mental fragility this spring, ever fearful of what her son is capable of."

Second, The Returned - a remake of a critically acclaimed French drama - will premiere immediately following the return of Bates Motel.

The Returned is set in a small town in which various dead children return to life.

Among others, it will star Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Mark Pellegrino and Jeremy Sisto.
