Another special guest star made an appearance on The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 10.
This installment of the NBC reality series featured new teams forming after the original groups were disbanded. It was akin to that moment on Survivor when Jeff Probst tells everyone to drop their bluffs.
And the transition was especially hard for one player in particular.
Later, chef Rocco DiSpirito judged a cooking challenge in which the teams were tasked with preparing tasty, healthy dishes, the kind they'll hopefully eat all through life.
