The contestants on The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 3 were in for a double dose of fun this week.
Okay, they may not have referred to it as "fun," per se. But two tasks awaited these former athletes on the NBC reality series, all hoping to shed some major pounds.
First, Scott Mitchell and company were asked to test their nutritional understanding prior to competing in an endurance challenge.
Elsewhere, an inspirational "Wall of Glory" reminded them of their former athletic days, hopefully pushing them to work harder at the gym than ever before.
