Shirley MacLaine made her long-awaited debut on Glee Season 5 Episode 18.

The legendary actress came on board as June Dollaway, a wealthy New Yorker with an eye on one Blaine Anderson.

Elsewhere, Mercedes hoped to add Santana to her music deal, while Rachel auditioned for a television show, a decision that could have deprived her of the leading role in Funny Girl.

And, of course, while all this was going down, plenty of fresh Glee music was sampled and covered.
