On NCIS: Los Angeles season 5 episode 16, Sam, Callen and Deeks work with the DEA to determine if an explosion at fish market was an act of terrorism or a drug smuggling deal gone bad.
They will be teaming with an undercover agent played by Mercedes Masohn (666 Park Avenue, The Finder) and Deeks will go undercover as a construction worker during the investigation.
There aren't any photos of Granger and Kensi in Afghanistan, but they will be on an investigation of their own. When a helicopter goes down, they look into whether it's tied to their search for the White Ghost.
