Chandra Wilson will soon be checking into a different hospital.

The Grey's Anatomy star will appear on the January 28 episode of General Hospital, Soaps in Depth reports, coming on board as a patient of Kevin's who is very similar to Miranda Bailey in nature.

“I’ve watched GH for 35 years,” the actress tells that online publication. “I grew up with it. It holds such a place in my heart.”

And the star does have some free time to spare: Grey's Anatomy Season 10 does not return until February.

In the meantime, however, you can spend some time with Wilson when you watch Grey's Anatomy online.
