Steven, if you look the promo for Next episode it definitely looks like he is asking Alicia he has gotten the numbers that he is loosing. I have from the very beginning been the spokesperson for that Alicia should leave Peter and get together with Will. I don´t trust Peter, I would never forget the Things he has been doing. There has always been the question of do Alicia really love Will?Yes I think we say the proof of that in the last episode. So go Alicia, turn Peter Down, he is selfish.

It will be interesting to see when Peter pops the question of renewing their vow. Before he finds out he's losing the election or after. The people love Alicia but i don't think they are seeing her out there campaigning with him. Peter needs to get her back in the spotlight with him. If this is the case that he asks after he finds out he's losing then Peter hasn't changed at all. It's still all about him and his political career. If Alicia finds out about this then that could be what pushes her to give in to her desires and walk away and be with Will. We'll see.

Ms. Hampton, let's test whether the statement "two imperfect people finding each other and becoming better together” aptly describes Will and Alicia's relationship. If their clandestine relationship has made Alicia better, why is she feeling so guilty about pursuing it. With Will it was always one-sided for his own benefit. Has Will actually helped her to grow professionally -- only in terms of the break to practice law with the firm, but in most cases throughout the four seasons he had mostly used her abilities and her connections to win legal battles. Throughout the four seasons, it was Peter who supported her, gave her advise and counsel on how to handle her cases and effectively present evidence in court, protected her and the kids, and in some instances even placed his political career in jeopardy like saving the very firm Will is part owner from take over by revealing information political rivals could use against him.

Real love is not selfish, but sacrificial and considerate of each other and they both will have to decide whether, despite the errors each have made in the past, they can salvage that which they built up together in the first place -- their family. Ms. Hampton, you actually used some key words to aptly describe the current situation --the matter of us -- you and I - just looking from the outside. We viewers are merely guessing the outcome based on our observations...but, not necessarily conclusive. You see if it were in real life, the parties concerned are the only ones who actually know what they really want. Thus -- it's not over till it's over.

Ms. Hampton, what I said was "it isn't over till its over." You see, realistically, it will be the writers who will determine the final outcome. I don't know what their personal biases are, but, I personally will just have to trust them to do the right thing. That's why this series is exciting. I understand why most Will-Alicia fans are titillated by the romance aspect of their relationship because it is so Hollywood, dramatic, bold and daring. But I tend to go for Peter and Alicia together because based on both the subliminal and obvious facts presented in the episodes, these two individuals have discovered "their second wind" so to speak as they are now starting to work out their problems not only emotionally but also rationally as human beings should. Real love is not selfish, but sacrificial and considerate of each other and they both will have to decide whether, despite the errors each have made in the past, they can still salvage that which they built up in the first place -- their family.

So the current situation is that Alicia and Peter are staying married, having regular sex, but just living diferent places. They are not seperated anymore.
That is way Michelle King, the writer of TGW, said that “Before, she could tell herself it wasn’t adultery. It’s getting a lot more difficult now.” It means that it is adultery if Alicia hook up with Will again.

I think Alicia and Peter has resumed normal and regular sexual life as husban and wife. There are at least 5 times in this season. The first time happened in campaign bus when she clarifed that the scandal about Peter is a pure lie.(episode 3).The second one is in Alicia apartment bath(episode 9), the third time was in campaign bus as Peter invited her to lunch,Alicia got off the bus with a bottle of water in her hand after sex with Peter(the bottle of water is a code for sex with Peter)(episode 12). The fouth was in campaign bus when Peter offered Alicia the $600,000 as partner capital contribution, and Alicia got off the bus with a little messy hair and faded lips, holding a bottle of water too(episode 13). The fifth one was in the campaign bus too, Alicia was puting on her clothes and felt very happy when Peter asked her to dinner as a date(episode 15).

Just thinking about how all the mess started. It's common knowledge that in circles of people in positions of power -- CEOs, politicians, etc. -- deals are sometimes sealed with "entertainment accounts" - food, booze, women/men, etc. Possibly that's why Peter got involved with a whore. I'm a little more puzzled about Kalinda though. Either she actually had the hots for Peter and desired to sleep with him or she was part of some conspiracy by political rivals to bring Peter down. Kalinda is no push over. She is feisty, smart, quick thinking, and courageous. Plus she can be with either men or women. Can someone comment on this?

........overwhelm her.

I continue to believe that you don't go through everything Alicia is going through regarding Will if it is just lust. To use something Stana Katic said (about Castle and Beckett) to describe Alicia and Will:
“The relationship is about so much more than these two characters sleeping together. It's about a real friendship and a real love—two imperfect people finding each other and becoming better together.”

Alicia and Will are imperfect people who found each other again. And while there are some who think Will is a scoundrel, Will himself has said that he likes himself when he's around Alicia. And Alicia likes who she is when she's around Will.

I know there's a contingent that seems to think that because Peter asks Alicia to renew their vows, Alicia is going to say yes. The preview for the season finale doesn't look to bear that out.

I know Diego is going to disagree, but if you look at it from the outside, Alicia and Peter are through:
they live in the same city, yet don't live together
Peter does not spend the night at Alicia's condo
Alicia does not spend the night at Peter's house
the only time Alicia and Peter spend together is campaign related (have they gone on that date yet?) and outside of Thanksgiving, they only have sex on the campaign bus

Alicia's shivering last night was not shivering. She was having panic attacks. And she's having panic attacks not because she's in lust with Will, she's having panic attacks because she's in LOVE with Will and is repressing the feeling. That repression is causing her to have excess levels of stress, which in turn is causing her to panic every time her feelings for Will overwhelm her.
