Two and a Half Men Review: Girl Problems
After a two-week break, Walden and the gang returned for "Run, Steven Staven! Run!" - and, boy, did it remind me why I liked this show in the first place.
The half hour featured a lot of signature Two and Half Men jokes, along with some cringe-worthy moments.
We kicked off with Alan refusing to give Lyndsey a key to the beach house. I could see the rationale behind that, seeing as it is not his house, but he has lived there longer than the current owner of the residence.
His reason, however, for not handing over the item was rather dumb; as she could surely do better than Alan, which Walden and the rest of the gang rightly pointed out. Speaking of Walden, he is still a wreck over Kate, but I think he should just move on.
That aside, Herb has returned as well as Billy... and they were both on fire tonight. They both got dumped by Alan and Walden’s respective ex-wives. HA!
I always thought of Herb as the standup guy; who knew he could cheat on Judith 36.5 times?!? By the way, who would have knew Judith is a swinger? Not me, that's for certain.
After they had all been heartbroken, they decided to buck up and hit the town, which in itself was a bad idea because Billy got drinks thrown at him. From there, they all ended up in the bathtub. And, after a little ribbing around, Alan came to his senses and chose to go back and beg Lyndsey, even though she was on a date with her gynecologist (Willie Garson of White Collar).
It's safe to say that Alan and Lyndsey have come a long way. I personally cannot wait for them to get engaged. Like the song says, though, “one step a time." Finally, after taking a break, the show is back and firing on all cylinders. What did you think of this latest installment?

Walden: Hey, what are you doing..? Alan: Just going down memory lane. This is a photo book Lyndsey gave me, oh look, here we are at the Santa Monica pier, "O...

I thought it was very refreshing to have the four guys hanging out! I loved it. Also, seriously -- oswald is the new Half Man of the show -- the crackhead comment make me cringe a little -- but I still think this show is very funny. Love Jon! Love Ashton 10 times better than old what's his name phone it in method of comedy. more bertha & it's all good. Keep "Herb" & Oswald -- the 4 of them are GREAT together. - 30ish chick demographic

i still thinking that Alan can do better-ish, for example Kandi, and this is the first point to break up with Lyndsey, because she cheated him with Kandi.

Let me finish my thought as it got cut off.......
So as Alan is driving the boat, and Waldon is water skiing, Waldon sees a great white shark and is forced to jump over it.
Wait, I think is show has already jumped the shark.

This show reminded you of why you liked the show in the first place? Did you ever see the original show? Because this is nothing like it! The funniest thing in this week's show was Herb. Otherwise, it was yet another been there, done that, lame episode. Furthermore, Waldon's partner Billy just seems out of place. At least the writers have spared us anymore of that awful Billionaire incognito plot line with Kate. Enough already!
I have been a fan from the beginning, and I have given Ashton Kutcher the benefit of the doubt, but this show is nothing like the original, and keeps getting further and further away from it. They really need to re-name it Two and no half men.
At this point, I keep watching, probably out of habit. However, if this show didn't already have a legacy audience, I doubt that it would have survived its first year. How about is as a plot line; Waldon buys a boat, and he and Alan take it out for a ride. Waldon decides to go water skiing as Alan drives the b

I think this show is a disgrace to woman. These men cut down women left and right and always make it seem alright to have an affair, sleep nwith every woman and its ok to cheat. I dislike this show very much.
