Taissa Farmiga and Frances Conroy: Confirmed for American Horror Story Season 3
Two new stars have signed on for American Horror Story Season 3.
Taissa Farmiga - who did NOT appear in the Asylum on American Horror Story Season 2, but portrayed Violet in Season 1 - will reportedly play a pivotal Season 3 role.
Ryan Murphy has cast the young actress as a mysterious character and she's expected to be involved in a central romance when the drama returns.
Frances Conroy, meanwhile, is also on her way back, according to Murphy (via Twitter). She was played Moira in Season 1 and an angel of death in Season 2.
The pair join Lily Rabe, Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters as returning cast members for Season 3, which will air this fall.
