Grey’s Anatomy continues to impress with riveting medical and character storylines, even after so many years. Thursday's "The Face of Change" was just another example (see our Grey's Anatomy review).

Looking ahead to next week, the drama is only intensifying.

As Seattle Grace spirals closer to fiscal ruin, Alana calls for drastic action and Owen must make some tough decisions, which includes foregoing an expensive surgery that could save a child's life.

Meanwhile, Alex and Jo work together to save the life of an infant, April asks Jackson for dating advice, and it looks like Derek is on the verge of a move that would alter the fabric of the hospital.
