The face of Grey's Anatomy will always be Meredith, Derek and the rest of the original cast to those who have been with the show since the beginning. But times they are a-changin' in Seattle these days.
People die. Others move on. New faces arrive. Problems shift.
In the February 7 episode of the long-running medical drama, competition heats up as several of doctors fight to become "the new face of Seattle Grace." Who do you think it will it be and why?
Meanwhile, April brings in an emergency case, Jackson and Alex work with a transgender teen couple, and the cash-strapped hospital implements new policies which test the patience of the staff.

Anyone else think Kepner's paramedic is in the ambulance too?
Some how I think it'll be Avery who'll be the face of SGH.I hope MerDer don't bother to compete.
