Bravo and I'll also add it doesn't happen on screen. Most of their points of call for Destiel, aren't anything about their so called relationship, its more about Dean or Sam or Dean and Sam lol. As is any talk to any side character, the meanings are really all about Sam and Dean.

There's nothing wrong with being heterosexual, I never said that. Also, there's nothing wrong with seeing Dean's crush on Dr. Sexy as platonic admiration. What's wrong is acting like the possibility of said crush not being platonic is something awful. What's wrong is feeling that Dean needs to be defended from "the gay", like if saying he might be bisexual is offending him. Homophobia isn't only killing/punching/hating homosexual people, acting like homosexuality is unnatural and weird and something people need to be defended from is homophobia too.

You can tell the depths of people's insecurities with this article. The smallest mention of Castiel and the haters are on the lose. Apparently this was posted on SPN_Gossip which is why there are so many trolls here. These people do worse than just ship Wincest, they typically ship J2 as well and bash the wives and anyone who gets in the way of their delusions. These are scary people and they have for whatever reason set their eyes on this article. I wouldn't be fooled by their feigned civility. They are here to make others believe that everyone hates Castiel and Misha Collins. I'm sure anyone with a lick of sense can see how inaccurate that is. Let them troll. Count me in with people who love Sam and Dean's relationship as well as Dean and Cas, Sam and Cas, Sam and Amelia. Why would you want to limit our show to just Sam & Dean? Everyone knows Sam and Dean love each other and the show isn't going to change that. What is with all the fuss? Sam isn't leaving anywhere, JFC. You repeat yourselves like parrots.

I have been here and read the comments also Danny and I see people loving the Sam and Dean relationship, their devotion, their love. But its the destiel shippers that call that Wincest. I call that family.
There is one person talking about Wincest and think thats a destiel shipper, its usually their mo.

Yeah, whatever, it's still not going to happen on screen with Cas and Dean. You can write a long essay as to why they should, you all have done that before LOL, but it's not going to change anything, every show with straight character has extreme shippers like you wanting something that won't happen then calling other homophobes for just addressing the canon of the show. Seriously? So yeah, you can foam at the mouth and bully the rest of fandom or whine to your personal Destiel friends, but in the end you are wasting your breath and the rest of us are laughing at you guys foaming at the mouth because while you ship it, it's never going to happen on screen

Sams storyline with Amelia is intreaguing me also. Its about choices and about Dean and I love that this is the choice for the two of them. I have no problem with them both wanting something else because it shows the devotion they have to each other even more. S8 needs to bring back us the fans following this unique brotherly relationship, one that we all probably have in out lives anyhow. We would die for a family member. But this in the SPN is magnified. I love that SPN is getting back to the boys again.

How do you know that most people in this comment section don't ship Wincest? I've seen a lot of comments saying otherwise. You're just one person. There are hundreds of people who are commenting here. I was asking them, not you. Outside of here, people do ship Wincest so all my questions are valid. As far as your Destiel questions, ask that to Destiel shippers. Don't deflect attention away from my questions about Wincest because they are legit. Why ship something that is basically promoting: incest, pedophilia, and rape all in one nasty package? What is the appeal? (In case this isn't clear, this question is for Wincest shippers, if you don't ship it then don't answer it).

(cont) so while I am no nerved by Sam right now because Dean is giving out all the emotion to Sam, Sam is holding back. I hope the choice Sam makes will be the right one. Which I am sure he makes the right one because Sam and Dean are together in episode 11. Either way, I don't like that Sam has to choose. He has been at this place before, so it feels like to me a character set back. Carver just rehashing old stuff that have already been addressed. I don't get him, I don't. But I still hold out hope that Carver will restore the relationship between Sam and Dean at the core end of season 8.

Wincest is even worse than incest, because Dean was like a mother/father to Dean. He raised him. That's why their relationship always looks a bit wrong and different than normal sibling relationship. And Dean was terribly neglected as a child. And Wincest shippers want *that* for him? To forever and always be at the beck and call of Sam, even sleep with him? The little brother he helped raise when his actual father couldn't? He probably even changed his diapers, and you like to imagine them in a sexual relationship... GTFO from this article please.

The article isn't about Sam's choice, it's about 8x10, that includes Dean and Cas as well. And who brought up Destiel first were the Cas haters, not the Destiel shippers. And let me tell you something interesting, a show doesn't need to be about romance to include romance. Supernatural always had romances in it. Destiel would take even less screentime than other romances, because we already know Cas and their relationship is already a part of the plot.

Danny, most people who are commenting here are not Wincest shippers but actually fans who love the Sam and Dean relationship. Just because Destiel shippers call it usually means its false, hence the word Destiel = something that is made up.
Destiel shippers also promote necrophelia, do you enjoy hearing about that? Pretty sure thats illegal also or if its not necrophelia, its rape.

Destiel shippers protest to much, TOO MUCH! Seriously. Besides when a person says they ship wincest, it's like when a person who likes Dean and Cas's friendship use the word Destiel. It doesn't matter. The show is and always will be about Sam and Dean and their bond and their relationship everything surrounding them is just a little extra that powers the show, like Cas and like other side characters. Those characters may be loved, but they are used to Also, it's not real to go on the attack because you all over take an article where there was no bashing and make it all about bashing because I have seen it happen. I asked about incest to the Wincest shippers in here promoting incest. Why do you all promote something that is usually a sex crime and usually about pedophilia? With Wincest, I know people like to imagine Sam as a child with Dean as an older teen. That is statutory rape. I don't get the appeal of incest, pedophilia, and rape. I don't.

Another extremely beautiful scenes was the hug initiated by Dean and how he smiled and held on. I also liked how Dean fought his way through Purgatory to get to Cas and how he declared he would rather die than leave without him. I wish Dean would get more involvement in the mythology arc instead of always caring about others, though. But Castiel absolving Dean of his guilt in 8X07 was absolutely perfect. Dean has grown so much as a character who no longer sees monsters in a black and white view. That's why I'm also thrilled with Benny's introduction.
