I'm sorry. Does it offend you to speak about SPN_Gossip? Your holy ground for shit is being called out here because SPN_Gossip is known for being tin hat territory. You all bash J2 wives, the SPN writers, Misha Collins, Castiel, Destiel shippers, and even J2 themselves when they don't behave according to your delusions. Just stop and wonder why you people think the idea of Dean and Cas being more than friends is something so awful. People ship male and female friends for way less and no one complains or call them delusional. People always assume the characters are straight if nothing is mentioned, people keep defending characters from "the gay". It's just shows how heterosexist society is. No one is saying that everyone has to ship Dean/Cas, that everyone has to see them as more than friends; we just want people to stop acting like we don't have the right to do so.

I'm glad I found a like-minded person! I love the brothers together but Wincest disrespects their relationship. No one has ever been able to give me one good reason why they ship Wincest. What does Wincest offer that the regular brothers bond doesn't have? It's just about sex with these people!

It depends on where your line of thought is, see mine is for Dean and what he thinks and the connection. He called Sam an ex blood junkie also, maybe he was projecting on to Benny his problems with Sam. Maybe he was seeing that Dean is a leader in purgatory, the leader that he wants to be on earth. I don't see any connection with Castiel at all, its more to do with loyalty and trust, and Dean getting back to his brother.

It's not being baited, but it's Destiel fans constantly tweeting the crew Destiel photos, and when Jim was new, just like any perosn, they favorite and retweet everything. Well making the show all about shipping is where I am in the right. All this arguing and back and forth is why Destiel will never be canon, network won't take that chance. Fandom is split in half, llike literally. Network doesn't want the other half to go away. They want the full fandom to support the show. So they won't make Destiel canon, but will add Deana and Cas scenes to provide the shippers. So again, circular argument of shipping and the show being all about shipping since it's still all we are talking about right now.

Benny asked Dean why he saved him. Cut to flashback with Dean calling Benny an undead blood junkie; at this point, Benny had saved Dean a few times. Benny saves Cas. Next flashback shows Dean treating Benny with respect. You have the right to not see the connection, but you can't tell people who do that they're wrong, when it's actually something quite simple.

I would never believe anything Misha says. As always he knows who his fans are and the majority are Destiel fans. So he caters to them. His meet and greet when Destiel was talking about for an hour which is no suprise because everybody there was a Destiel fan. Misha had no choice but to run with that discussion. I do think the writers write for Cas and Dean more right now because it's a new set of characters that many out there love so they will juice that until they can't juice no more. But they also know the fandom is split in to two, so they will add dean and Cas, but still make the episode about Sam and Dean and their relationship. I bet they do talk about Dean and Cas, but always at the friendship level. They can't help if shippers make every scene in to something more

Misha confirmed it? Ah he knows his audience and was probably messing with them. Plus he has no idea of what the heck is going on especially with Deans character. I read Jeremy's article and no he wasn't talking about Dean and Castiel as a unit he was talking about Dean and then Castiel as individual characters. You've just interpreted as you wanted it to be.
Misha Collins is the last person that I would ever listen to about the storyline and characterisation of Dean Winchester and Supernatural.

First of all, now I'm sure we're speaking with SPN_Gossip trolls (aka insane J2/Wincest shippers): No one gets baited into favoriting a comment. You read something, you like it, you favorite it. It's always funny the kind of conspiracy theories you tin hats have. Not everything Destiel fans do come with an agenda. But I guess since everything YOU do has an agenda you think everyone around you is the same. ;)

I never said Dean is gay, I said the show gives enough foundation for Dean to be interpreted as bisexual. I don't think the same happens to Sam, but this is also my interpretation, I won't tell people to shut up if they think Sam is bisexual or whatever. You may brush it off as a joke, it's your right, but Dean's sexuality has been questioned since season 1. And how is talking about/enjoying shipping the same as making it all about shipping? It's not one thing or the other. And I never said not shipping is being homophobic, I said that acting like being gay/bisexual is an offense is being homophobic. And I will appreciate the show and have my fandom experience in the way I want, it's my right. I'm not trying to take away people's right to have a different fandom experience in the way you people do with us. I take shipping seriously, this is the way I ship, and there's nothing wrong with that. I'm not telling anyone they have to do the same.

where in my comment did I talk about the sexual relationship between Dean and Cas when I argued that the writers love them? when i said together and apart I said together and apart. Jeremy loved them as a unit. I don't know what the writers think of the romantic aspect of that relationship, but since Misha confirmed in a serious conversation that it's there and the writers explicitly write them with that aspect of their relationship in mind, I will believe him. you were putting words in my mouth, which obviously doesn't surprise me. And Ben Edlund said Cas is his favorite character. Using these exact words. so don't diminish his appreciation for this character. As for what you said about Jim Michaels. Incredibly disrespectful which undermines your entire argument.

They learned not to be baited by Destiel shippers who have an agenda. Guy Bee make a mockery of you guys when you thought the ship Dean was at stood for Cas and Dean that is was actually asked to Guy Bee and he said "Why do you think it stands for Dean and Cas, there would be no purpose" It actually stood for Jensen's boat name of Danneel and the captiain. So you might want to rethink that logic of yours that Destiel shippers aren't being made fun of. You really are now, you are just so self-entitled that you can't see it because your leaders on tumblr tell you otherwise.

What the hell are you watching. The storyline of purgatory is to tell us that Dean Winchester is LOYAL no matter what and he doesn't leave anyone behind. He liked Benny anyhow but thought that he didn't care about Castiel and was surprised when he saved him. Dean trusting Benny probably had more to do with Benny saving HIS life rather than Castiels don't you think. He thought his brother was looking for him, he wasn't, that hurt Deans 'don't leave anyone behind' mentality. Do you see any connection at all with that. Dean also said that he felt pure in hell, so essentially he wasn't afraid or tortured like he was in hell, he was being that hunter/killer that he thinks he is and he was feeling it. It had everything to do with Dean being loyal and nothing to do with Castiel j/s.
