i'm getting so fed up of chuck. i think it's the stupidest excuse ever to not be with blair. when two people truly love eachother... they run away together... need nothing but eachother to be happy. chuck just wants power. he was success. he wants to be dominant. it's all or nothing. which is totally unrealistic & ridiculous to be honest. the writers have drawn this thing out so long & horribly... they've completely ruined GG. GG should have ended in season 2. the season 2 finale was the best. it all went downhill from there.

I saw where C & B are on the rooftop and Bart falls off. I saw that clip on youtube, but who knows how that will play in to anything, and the whole C plane crash thing, when does that happen? Ugh, I just want to know everything now. In the scene C talks to his dad and Bart falls, so maybe B knows C is alive but keeps it hidden from Bart and then Bart knows he is going to jail so he goes to the roof and C shows himself?????? UGH!
The best scene of the show possibly the series... Nate hitting Dan. Sad to say, although a major character in the show, I've never really liked Dan. He seemed to me more self-righteous than everyone on the UES. After reading the comments, Dan might redeem himself by writing the final chapter about himself. I really wish Serena would get rid of Sage. If the rumors are true about what she was like before boarding school she gave the Queen B a run for her money. Again, per my last comments hoping the series ends where it began with Nate and Serena, Blair and Bass... the fab four back in action and together 4ever. Btw, Chuck will probably take a lesson from his dad AND fake his death in order to finally get rid of Bart. Do you see Bart going to jail? Like everything else in his life, Bart will be the only one to decide his success and how he should fail meaning his demise/death. ;D

I really liked this episode, and not because of all of the Dan drama. He didn't get me watching the show and I could care less about him.
I am a Chair fan, through and through. I loved the Chair interaction this week and loved to see B back to herself!
If Chuck dies next week and the final is like a what could have been episode, i will be devestated, Chair got me watching this show, spent all summer catching up on the seasons I missed, so I have to have a great Chair ending.

Serena and Nate both deserved better from Dan. They both went out of their way to look out for him and make him feel included. To write scathing stories about the two of them and praise Chuck, is the most absurd ass backward plan ever.

Well...I liked the episode. It was quite intriguing and it left me with a sense of fear about Lily's and Chuck's well being. Bart did seem a little...deranged?...when he grabbed Lily by the arms. Ofc i rolled my eyes everytime Chuck was saying that he could never be with Blair if he couldn't take down his father. Seriously...even Blair's pact with God made more sense as a roadblock!
For some unknown reason i still have faith in Derena. Serena said it herself...Dan is the one. And his chapter wasn't entirely untrue. Maybe he actually has a decent plan. And i too hope that the last chapter is a Dan one. It's about time he passed judgment on himself too.
And about Sage hooking up with Nate again...No. Just No!

If Dan's insecurities are the reason his realtionship with Serena didn't work out how in hell would a relationship between him and Blair the Queen of the UES who is all about status ever work out

Well, i have a theory about dan's final chapter ; he said he has this plan, so what if what happenned at dinner was the beginning of the revelation that he is gossip girl ?!! As crazy as it may seem, but i always imagined gossip girl as someone who has this grudge against upper east siders so it's very likely that it's dan !!

Either way I believe the FINAL CHAPTER wil be just about HIMself! And the way he wanted into the UES group, and how he like everybody else played the same game!

Chuck isn't going to die. Chuck considered blowing up the Bass jet to kill Jack he's to smart to not consider his father who sabotaged a car would do the same to a plane to keep him quiet

@Leo, I agree with you! Dan probably teamed up with Chuck to help him to destroy Bart, and no one knows except the two of them! Since Nate can not help Chuck, because Bart holds Nate in his hand! But Dan, who make angry all of his friends, including the girl of his life, is a perfect Trojan Horse! We can only wait for the next episode and see the effect of Dan, and then probably the sweetest couple will reconcile - Serena and Dan!

I doubt Dan is gossip girl mainly because of season two with Rachel and season 1 with Jenny. I don't think he'd hurt his sister like that.In the final scenes with Serena he never said he didn't love her. Honestly everything he said in that article is true. Those are all issues that they have to work out which leads me to believe in the final episode they will flash forward and she will end up not being like her mom. The scene with Steven and Dan proved that this is how it's gonna go because throughout the whole series Serena always goes to wealthy guys like her mom and then runs back to Dan.
Also when Dan was talking to his dad the picture in the background of dan when he was a child looked exactly like the mysterious boy in the finale episodes.
And how in the world did Jenny know Dan and Serena were back together if Thanksgiving was their coming out as a couple..Dan and Serena never went out together soo..?

Chuck punches a glass window enraged INCHES away from Blair's face, cutting her and everyone moans and cries "It's not his fault!" Dan tells THE TRUTH and it's unacceptable and he's the villain?!
Chuck - THIS IS YOUR FATHER'S EMPIRE/BUSINESS! WTF are you doing?! Leave it alone!
Bart - How do we go from a man legitimately hurt that his wife died in childbirth hence his dislike towards his son to all out psychopath? Does that make sense. It really would have been better for father/son to reconcile but of course this is GG and they're trying so desperately hard to make Chuck some hero. Too bad they failed.
Blair - GROW THE FUCK UP! Seriously! Grow Up! Move on from Chuck!
Nate- Stepped on as usual, maybe he should be punching Bart and not Dan for saying the truth
Serena - Pa-The-Tic!
This show is appalling, characters making boneheaded and asinine decisions that come out of nowhere just to advance a very very dumb plot. RIP GG
