I thinking Ali is still alive but after her conversation with Byron she might not be the one calling the shots unless it was her twin that was having that conversation and she was referring to Ali

I foresee a giant split between Aria and the group after what Spencer discovered from Garrett about Byron. I really hope Byron did kill Ali though, seeing as I'd love nothing more than Byron to piss off.
