New Girl Casts a Love Interest For...
Nelson Franklin has been cast on New Girl Season 2 in a role that... well... just look away now, Schmidt!
The former Traffic Light star will debut on the September 25 premiere as Robby, Cece's new boyfriend. Yes, she's moved on that quickly from our favorite douchebar-jar-donating roommate.
TV Guide describes the character as a very nice guy and a very bad dancer. He's also deaf in one ear.
Cece and Schmidt won't be the only New Girl characters facing change. Previous reports state that Jess will actually get fired from her job as a teacher.

Lol at first I've read it wrong, I thought schmidt was his love interest. That wouldve been interesting!
Its stupid how quick she is over Schmidt though :/
