Mabye they'll copy Dallas in the 80's and Lexie dying was just a dream, just like Pamela dreamed that Bobby was dead, for an entire season ! lol !
No really, I think Lexie IS dead and I think that besides death, it's gonna be hard to have a realistic exit for Mark.

We already know what happen THEY KILLED THE BABY GIRL(LEXIE) AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO SAVE HER EXPECT MARK. AND HE SOON WILL BE DEAD. BUNCH OF DO-NOTHING! THIS A TOTAL TRAVESTY AND THEY KNOW IT!!!!

Yes I think we might get more images, more hints when we get closer to the air date... after all, there is still more than one month left.

that´s why they call it promo and not preview. Promo only means they start advertising the episode to air. The "Mayday" call of the pilot seems new though, maybe a flashback...

Hardly what I call a promo. I already expected the world to know that they "were in a plane and it crashed".
