Kevin Williamson Teases Phoebe Tonkin on The Vampire Diaries, Confirms End of The Secret Circle
Oh, Kevin Williamson, you tease.
In an interview with IGN, mostly focused on his upcoming Fox series The Following, this super producer took time to answer a few questions about The Vampire Diaries - and whet the appetites of fans with one intriguing possibility.
After first crushing the dreams of Secret Circle viewers hoping to somehow save the canceled CW drama ("I am so sorry to all the fans, but that show is gone."), Williamson turned to that show's breakout star, referred to Phoebe Tonkin as "awesome" and added:
"I want her on Vampire Diaries. I ought to write her in."
Whoa. Yes, Kevin. Yes, you should!
It might be too early to get overly excited over the possibility, but we can't help it. Would you want to see Tonkin in Mystic Falls?

NOOOOOOOO THEY SHOULDNT!!!!! SHE HAS TO STAY ON THE SECRET CIRCLE BECAUSE IM GOING TO MAKE SURE THEY KEEP IT, ABC FAMILY AND THE CW YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT, THERES LIKE A BILLION PETITIONS SO PUT THE FREAKING SHOW BACK ON PLEASE, AND @Shannon Yes, i havent seen any of tvd and there in like what, there 4th season? It would be a little confusing to start now, and i love phoebe tonkin, ive see all her work, but i dont really want to watch tvd, im not a vampire fan anyways, she should just start a NEW show, or a new network should find it, like abc family, or the cw should take it back, i mean abc family cancled 3 shows, so theres room for the secret circle, they can take jane by design place, since they cancled that.

It sucks that secret circle is gone but I care more about vampire diaries and can't wait for season 4. =]

I read that they are adding a recurring character named April in season 4. Maybe it will be her! We can hope.

I like Phoebe Tonkin but TVD has already have too many characthers and you shouldn't add one day by day to show.

Noooo! I like her but this shouldn't turn into a h2oseries. I mean i looove Rebbekah (Claire Holt) she's stunning and plays her role perfect but i wouldn't like to see tonkins in it too . I really like her and she's also beautiful, well, not as beautiful as Claire Holt but well... She doesn't even.fit into the vampire diaries !! D;

I wouldn't mind seeing her on VD but I'd still prefer that they bring back The Secret Circle.

How about the writers write the damn characters of the show properly before they bring another character in? Smh.
