They don't even know how to handle the show so a movie?.If there were good writers they would have had a whole season 6.
All their characters are ruined especially blair, they turned her into cheating lying whore.Seriosuly she screwed dan humphrey she is disgusting i can't even look at this slut.I really hope chuck doesn't take her back, she is a pariah for me.I have never been so disgusted by a fictional character.

A movie would only be good if there is no time to do Chair wedding in Season 6 then movie should be Chair wedding..but I really hope Chair wedding is in season 6 and then the show can be done.

Just give season 6 more episodes make sure they fix all the wrongs in season
5 i still wish they didn't have to end Maybe later a movie would be good just let the fans miss it. I will miss Chuck and Blair I wish they could get in another show together.
if it was done really well...I love S1/2 GG but what it's become? not so much. If it was classic GG, I'd love a movie. If it's Safran's effed up version of GG, no thanks.

A movie? And written by Safran maybe? Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!
It's an interesting idea to play with, but it's better to "bury" (great and exciting ?) season 6 with a good ending than to prolong the story further later.
Of course there's great example of a TV show made into two entertaining films - Sex and the City -, but there's always a risk ruining the show for good...

I am sorry but the all season 5 just proved that they have no idea of what to do anymore with their characters they made dair who was a disgusting joke, they went TOO far.I don't expect anything for season 6 so A movie? if it's well written why not? And as long as safran don't write it. This guy ruined the show, ruined the characters he ruined everything.
YESSSSSS!!!! Please please please do a movie! and a sequel! and perhaps a reunion series after that...

Well, I've never thought about it either, but it seems interesting. As @Zoran said, though, I think that it's too premature to think about a movie now. Before that, I would like to see how season 6 will be carried out. I also think that they should wait a couple of years before making it, so that the actors can play other roles and explore their careers outside GG.
Besides that, I really would like to see the gang back together and how they changed during a certain period.

Nope. I am a massive GG fan and I studied brand identity, and the GG movie might be an ultimate killer at the time, but, when all of us know a specific ending for it, it'll feel, lets say fake, and will somehow feel like degrading the audiences minds.
I think keeping the beauty and the urge to watch and keeping us(GG fans) that insane about it is already very hard to achieve nowadays.
I just want to watch the next episode and i'm going crazy to know it from the one and only source to the scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite :)

No, I think we've dragged out these characters possibly a little too much over 5 seasons (plus the extra bit of 6) that a movie might just kill the appeal.
Maybe if they started from the beginning, and stuck closer to the original book's characters/storylines? Still, the fanbase would be the shows, so any changes to the characters (and actors too!) would not be greeted kindly.
bad idea.
