1. I'm not surprised at all the she failed. i feel sorry for her though, i love her annoyingly funny character. i think this going to be an eye opener for her to let loose and be a more likable character.
2.Alex's. his interviewers were mean and he almost failed.
3. of course SLEXIE all the way!
4. I think making Catherine Avery a regular and a doctor in SGMW will be a great addition to the show.
5.i think no one will leave the hospital. mer has a family in seattle, cristina will work out her marriage and she cant leave her person, i think alex will stay, and jackson will too.

I wish my comments would quit getting cut off. Anyway, I think it's a toss up between Alex and Meredith of who had the worst interview situation. When I'm sick like that, the constant puking? I can't do anything, I'm out of my head and bordering on passing out, as I experienced with that awful virus that was going around a few months ago. I'd say, physically, Meredith. She had it worse. It's a wonder she didn't pass out.

Mark just has to choose Lexie, he still loves her. He does not love Julia, he just likes the convenience she provides, like what Rose did for Derek. We barely know this Julia person, I don't want to see her with Mark. I don't expect Mark/Lexie to be happy-smiley-perfect all the time, but enough is enough, I'm tired of them being written as a disappointing and halfhearted afterthought. Get them back together already, and give them a substantial story-line as well, instead of giving scenes to lesser, irrelevant characters like Jackson/April/Teddy. They need to go or either April or Teddy can stay and get together with Alex, otherwise they have no relevance to this show and take up screen time from the more important, relevant characters. There's just too many and I hate to imagine who's going to be gone that we actually do like in the finale. Couldn't they do what they did in the season six finale, when they mercifully got rid of Reed and Charles? J.A.T. are such a drag.
It's a toss

No to Catherine Avery as a regular on the show. There are indeed too many people, the lesser ones like J.A.T. getting too much screen time, on there now.
I hope Meredith, Cristina, and Alex don't leave. If the actors themselves actually stay on the show for next season but one of the characters leaves Seattle Grace for somewhere else, it's going to be hard to imagine how it's going to be pulled off, and we'll lose even more of that element of what made us love the show to start with. It's bad enough we lost George and Izzie, but to see the remaining original three be split up, especially Cristina and Meredith...it's just not a very nice thing to picture. I don't know who actually will leave though...
I thought April shouldn't pass, but I'm surprised that the writer's did indeed not let her pass; some times the writers can be annoying about things, I was prepared to see any of the others not to pass just because. But yeah, I'm glad April didn't pass, acting like that. I wish

I think it will all come down to the contracts. It makes no sense for the actors to leave (let's face it, what they're doing now is what they are known for) but that doesn't mean that we won't lose somebody.
I think the fact that Lexie has done almost nothing this year is a sign that the producers have been waiting for the shoe to drop with Meredith. If Pompeo leaves, they could use a Grey.
Even if she and Dempsey stay, the show itself is getting very stable. MerDer is about as exciting couple-wise and Calzona. That is to say, things are rather dull between them. On the other hand, they could create a triangle or maybe even a parallelogram or hexagon around Lexie. Have Jackson, Mark, Julia and maybe someone else in a nice fighting mix that could keep our interest for another few seasons.
Why not? Also, if April remains, does she still get to be chief resident?
